REDISTRO COMMUNITY NORMS Mutual aid is at the core of our community and activity. This means we value and embody cooperation, solidarity, respect, and care in our actions and interactions. We are guided by sociocracy, which aspires to horizontal power-sharing where everyone’s voice matters equally, and transformative justice, in which harm is addressed without violence or further harm. We work toward holding these values, individually and collectively, in our successes and in our missteps.
